    **1. Return Period

    You may return most merchandise in unused, resalable condition within 7 calendar days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

    For large equipment, pallet shipments, or custom/special-order items, the return period is also 7 days, but additional conditions may apply or the items may be designated as final sale.

    **2. Eligibility for Return

    • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts and manuals included.

    • Items must be free from installation, alterations, wear, or assembly.

    **3. Non-returnable / Final Sale Items

    The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

    **4. Shipping & Fees

    • To initiate a return, email cs@8tha.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • 如需退货,请发送邮件至 cs@8tha.com,提供订单号和退货原因。
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped.
    • 若非商品瑕疵、运输损坏或发错,退货运费由客户承担。
    • For non-defective returns of large or heavy items, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
    • 对于大型或重量商品的非瑕疵退货,可能会收取 15% 补货费(Restocking Fee)。

    **5. Refunds & Exchanges

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days or issue store credit/exchange.

    Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

    We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

    **7. How to Return

    退货流程**
    1. Email cs@8tha.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
    2. Ship the item back to the address we provide and retain your tracking number.
    3. 电邮至 cs@8tha.com,提供订单号、退货商品及退货原因。
    4. 将商品寄回我们提供的地址,并保留快递追踪号码直至退货完成。

    **8. Changes to Policy

    We may update our return policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to orders placed after the update.
